I've said it before and I'll say it again. LA dicks around a ton but they seem to turn in up a bit with their backs against the wall. This isn't one of those situations so I can't see them coming out looking great. As it always is with LA, it's going to come down to Kobe. Utah has nobody that can even make him sweat so if he is efficient and LA force feeds Gasol and Bynum enough they'll be in good shape. Unlike a few years ago, LA can now turn to their defense to bail them out. When they play effieciently on offense they're damn near unbeatable given that they've morphed into one of if not the best defensive team in the NBA.

As long as they pound the ball down low, keep the intensity up on D and Kobe picks his shots intelligently, they'll walk to the Finals. But they seem to get away from it a lot.
