Montreal will have to change something because the Pens will dump and chase if they need to. Halak had better prepare for sustained pressure because the Pens will bring it.

What hurt the Caps when it came to playing th Habs is that, the Caps rarely forchecked and backchecked, they also never drove to the net. The 3 thing's I mentioned are what the Pens do very well.

Pens in 6.

Penguins in 6, tough games. I think the Penguins may blow Montreal out in one game this series, but the other 5 will be great games.

This season should put the bed the argument of who's the best hockey player. As far as FSN PITTSBURGH, my tv guide says pac-10 college tennis championships for friday at 7:00. Seriously no joke.

They may have made their programing guide before the NHL schedule was released. If the game is to be on FSN they will preempt the tennis, without a doubt.

The Habs aren't going to change too much to deviate from their gameplan. Halak just faced a ton of pressure over the last 3 games shut down one of the best offensive teams in the league. The Pens will bring it as well but if Halak stays in this zone, it won't matter what the Pens do.

Leclaire was playing well for the Senators in those last two games. The Pens had to get traffic in front of the net and look for rebound chances. Also dumping and chasing. Winning battles along the end boards and making quick passes in front. If the Pens work hard and hustle it will be a totally different look for Halak.

Snagged 2 tickets off the Pens website a couple of hours ago. If you're interested in going check throughout the day. I was every couple hours yesterday and today...around 6:00, 2 whole rows opened up.

Exactly. Montreal will see a totally different approach from Pittsburgh in this series. Great point about Leclaire, the Pens eventually broke him down. Halak may be hot but Pittsburgh will get their goals.

It will be disappointing if the Pens don't come out and get game one.

They lost to Ottawa in Game 1 so they don't want that to happen again.

Plus they've had a lot of time off to practice and get ready.

Meanwhile, Montreal is coming off a quick turnaround.

I actually think it should be 2-0 going to Montreal. Don't have a lapse in concentration or let the Habs steal one and get confidence. Play these two games like they're must wins.

Just about ready to drop the puck for game one. These Versus announcers already sound annoying.

Damn, 1-0 Montreal. Bouncing puck that Fleury should have stopped, Pens need to respond.
