Underage drinking... Shouldn't do it, but if he really gets 180 days in jail for this I would be very upset.

Underage drinking is not a big deal. IMO but if you get a sentanced to a court ordered program it's probably smart to show upgoosebumps wrote: Not a big deal.

On another note, it's probably not the best decision to ignore a judge's order. It's just a poor life choice.

Poor choice of bar to try to use a fake ID at. Everyone knows that the Grail is dead serious about underage since they were busted a few years back. Martino's is the underage hot spot around campus.

Fake drinking ID? Crime of the Century. This should not even be newsworthy. Next we'll hear about an unpaid lab fee.

As someone else said.....the fake ID is not a big deal. The fact that he didn't fulfill his sentence is the problem here and that's why it's news. He's a big part of the #5 team in the country's success. Hopefully he does what he is court ordered to do and puts this behind him because he has a very bright future playing college football. It's newsworthy IMO.
