In my expert opinion, I would say no...though it was impressive, I would not put it as the best mascot stunt ever.

Well, Brutus did do a headstand on top of the southeast tower of Ohio Stadium during the Iowa game some 130+ feet in the air

With enough practice, I don't see how it would be that difficult to do to be honest...

Hell, I think the Phoenix Gorilla jumping through a hoop of fire is more impressive.

The southeast tower is a rather large area to do a handstand on, skill required = being able to do a handstand.
