Tribe taking advantage (somewhat) early of a shaky Joe Saunders. Talbot pitching decent, and had Choo save him with a great throw to the plate to nail Matsui last inning.

they need just a little bit more power. a few balls tonight have made it to the warning track but have fallen short.

8-1 in the B 8th. Kearns with a HUGE day. HR and 2 doubles with 5 RBI. Drubby also with a 3 hit night.

Tribe pounds out 18 hits, Kearns 3-6 with a homer and a few rbi.
Choo also had two rbi on the night.

We've really had good pitching. We need some consistency with the bats.

I still think the bats will come......this team is very young and some of them shouldn't be here, but it does no good to bitch about that.......get a win today and this long road trip ends up at 4-5 and even though that isn't what we really want, with these youngsters and with the batting as it is, I will take it!!!!! Need some Karma after the win BRF!!!!!!

If they end this road trip at 4-5 I will be ecstatic. For this young team to go out west this early in the year and come away with 4 wins would be HUGE.
