My longest throw with the 12 pound was around 48, but one time I got lucky and hit a little over 50 with the 16 pounder.
Discs was maybe high 120s.

yea it was alright. I only Threw it for 3 years wish i had 1 more year of throwing. threw 55 in the weight as well.

A big scary man on my college team named Carl (I don't think he had a last name) would dunk an indoor shot put, not sure how far he tossed it in competition.

Thats ok I remeber this one kid named Andy something that dropped a shot put on his head while getting ready to throw. I still don't think he is the same.
