Well if Notre Dame sucks, why does that matter?

And how did Troy Smith do against Tim Tebow in 2006? :s

I see sleeper and "PP"runner's ignored post's on here. Just pay no attention to those douche bags, sleeper is a piece of shit and "PP" is just that......a dick! They never have anything substantial to add to the discussion except for being assholes.

Well sleeper is truly a little girl. ccrunner at least is somewhat creative. Both would benefit greatly form realizing there's always a bigger fish.

You guys just don't like us 'trolls' because we don't sugar coat the truth about ND. The insults are LOLtastic though, I suppose that's what I would resort to too if my team was god awful year in year out.

Show me one post in which an Irish fan says Notre Dame has been good lately.

You've surpasses "troll" status, that is ccrunner. You sir, are nothing more than a bitch crying out for attention.

Can you disprove that a number of highly-regarded recruits haven't chosen Notre Dame? I'm fairly certain I set you straight on that topic. As for the coaches, Notre Dame fans had a lot to be excited about, can you deny that? Willingham won his first ten games, and it was a mirage. Weis was predicted to start out 0-6, but went 9-3 and 10-3 in his first two season. The reality is Willingham was a joke, 2003 was a fluke, and Weis was a capable offensive coordinator but couldn't cope with the idiosyncrasies of being a college coach and not an NFL coordinator. But when you win a slew of Superbowls, who wouldn't be excited? Although I very clearly remember killer_ewok being anti-Weis quite often.

I think you're exaggerating.

The reason I don't like the trolls has nothing to do with "the truth about ND." I don't sugar coat the truth about ND, their coaching, players, etc. I've told it like it is to the point where I've been criticized by some of my fellow ND fans. That's fine.

The reason I don't like the trolls is because their only purpose is to go out of their way to annoy people. We know ND has has stunk for the better part of the last 15 years. Most of us acknowledge that and admit it. Of course, the trolls feel the need to repeat the same (un)witty shit over and over again. They're beating a dead horse....just to be assholes. That's why not only ND fans don't care for you....but many of your own fan base call you out for being jerks.

So if it's not just us ND fans voicing our disdain for you.....what does that tell you?

Clausen got drafted late. It is a reality. Why? It is a combination of his character issues and the fact that he simply isnt that good. He is NOT a proven winner, and if history has shown us anything it is that if there are "questions" about a players character it almost always turns out that they in fact DO have a "questionable" character.

There's a few fans on here that don't admit they are terrible, most notably Rock Knute, and as long as he continues to spout off, so will I.

Apparantly the NFL thinks things like this matter. If things like that didnt matter, maybe Clausen would have gone in the first round. There are a lot of guys who go in the first round who have character issues every year. Clausen obviously has those plus the mantle of PROVEN LOSER.

Hell...he even lost to Michigan.

Did you actually READ that article? NOTHING in there says that the players on the Panthers think he is a "monster of a quaterback". All it says is that they dont like him...and that is in his first days with the team!

The article cites an "unnamed team official"...one person who says Clausen had a good camp...but then goes on to say otherwise. It also suggests that the team official may be fabricating Clausen's performance as a way to keep pushing the starting QB and keep him from getting complacent.

So what does the fact that the winningest QB in college football history didn't get picked until after Clausen was drafted say? I guess if "things like this mattered so much to the NFL".....McCoy would've been picked MUCH earlier.

Well this basically disproves that entire argument. :D I have no problem admitting I'm wrong, which I was. Poor researching on my part, never trust NBC.
