I liked the call against James. He definitely put his shoulder down with purpose. I hate that move just like I hate players pump faking and jumping into players. I don't care if you're moving as a defender, if an offensive player makes a move like that; it's going the other way.

LeBron said the Cavs should looking at playing more small in Gm 4. Also that Shaq needs to "pick up his play."

Shaq declined to talk to media after the game.

Complete LBJ quote, not huge deal: "I'm not concerned. We know we need him to pick up his play and he knows that also."

^^^It had to be said. Shaq was a piece of shit tonight.
On another note...anybody else see dejavu on how the Cavs game ended..and how the Duke-Butler game ended? Like an instant replay. Both shots nearly went.

I got home from work just in time to see Mo hit the 3 to bring us within 1 and Deng to split the FT's.. I wish we would have had a TO.
I thought that shot by Parker looked good, just hung it to the right a tad bit..

I'm actually incredibly thrilled by everything that went down tonight.
See you Sunday.

Not surprised. Chicago has nice pieces. Having Kirk and Taj won't get it done in a 1 vs 8 series. This was a walk up call for Cleveland. They got their mental rest tonight. They should come out next game and play very well.

^The entire LeBron quote.I'm not concerned. I think we know that he needs to pick up his play, but he knows that also. No matter who you are, ever if you're the best player in the world, if you have an 8 week lay-off, it's going to take a toll on you. He's just trying to be as productive as he can after that layoff and be a force in the interior and help us win these games.

Shaq will be solid. I actually thing a few tough series will do wonders for them. A couple more games for Shaq wouldn't hurt, and them being on the ropes once or twice can't hurt.

Exactly how I feel. I want this team to be tested, face adversity, and lose a game here or there.jpake1 wrote: Shaq will be solid. I actually thing a few tough series will do wonders for them. A couple more games for Shaq wouldn't hurt, and them being on the ropes once or twice can't hurt.
Last year we swept through the 1st two rounds while Orlando dropped some games here and there, yet they had no problem beating us in 6.

poop
I give Chicago credit. They play hard. We're still going to win.
LA loosing for some reason made me feel much better.
Go Cavs

Yeah too bad putting your shoulder down isn't against the rules, noobshit.
It was clearly a block, and that call would be made 99 times out of a 100, but the refs got homered and made a bad call. It is what it is, Cavs in 5.

LTrain, great teams don't leave it up to Officials to determine outcome. Irrelevant.
Also, the only relevance in your 4 of 5 champs losing Game 3 on the Road is 2008 Boston Celtics. That was the only #1 seed playing "mediocre" 1st Round opponent. This Cleveland team, and 2008 Boston should have smoked the 1st Round competition. Game 2 in Cleveland was very competitive, and Bulls jumped out to 21 point lead last night when their youth caught up, and didn't keep the gas on.

None of that is relevant because it all happened in the past.
