While I understand what you are saying UA...I watched a news segment on this last night and the authors of the website utilize these loopholes to avoid legal action. While they didn't outright say, "we're going to kill you for this," the implication is there. However, with the way it's worded, the author has protected himself from any legal repercussions.
They didn't warn them in a nice, "hey watch your step" type of way. It was more of an ominous warning...and the implication was that their group was not happy about the episode and that they will take some action to rectify it.
I hope Parker and Stone put Muhammad in every episode from now on as a big fuck you to these douchebag cock-suckers.

From the actual website in question:
So like I said, while they didn't outright threaten them, the implication was definitely there.
Also, after the quote that you posted, they have a link to a Huffington Post article about where Parker and Stone live, as well as the addresses of Comedy Central and South Park studios. Here are the authors boasting of their insults and celebrating their complete disregard for what anyone considers sacred: Are you afraid that you would be bombed, she asks? Perhaps they are not, perhaps they should be, only time will tell.

Like what happended to Salman Rushdie?"We have to warn Matt and Trey that what they are doing is stupid and they will probably wind up like Theo Van Gogh for airing this show," Al-Amrikee wrote. "This is not a threat, but a warning of the reality of what will likely happen to them."

Just fire a nuclear warhead into Mecca.
If Allah exists as Islam teaches, surely he's powerful enough to stop it.

If the Muslims kill Parker and Stone, creators of one of the most important shows in American history, I feel that's grounds for a full-scale bombing
