That is a 20 week extension that goes into effect after a 6 month claim is exhausted.

I believe your initial claim is 26 weeks, then you get a 20 week extension, and then there was also an additional 13 week extension added on to that, then yet another 20 week extension was added to that. Totaling 79 weeks that you may possibly claim, if accepted.
