I gave Wade the benefit of the doubt as that was a one time issue at this point.

However Pierce has continued to show the slightest amount of pain and he's down for the count.

Ah, good point. But shouldn't Pierce have gotten bonus points because of the magnitude of the game in which it happened? I mean, when you do your best Stephen Hawking impersonation and then return shortly afterwards in the NBA FINALS, that has to mean more than a regular season "carted off" injury that actually caused the player to miss a good 1.5-2 months...even if he went off in the most pussy way possible...

Wasn't in basketball, but I tore an MCL and PCL and was able to get myself up off the field a hobble to the sideline.

Now, that's a great point! Pierce might be a real-life badass who's an on-court pussy for the showmanship factor...kinda of like how it was major-league publicized how MJ was all but on his death bed with the flu before that one game against Utah when he just went completely off on the Jazz with 39 points or so.

Yeah, the "climbing Mt. Everest with my bare hands single-handedly" thing some of these guys do is a bit over-the-top sometimes. We all know that all these guys are incredible athletes that can regularly do things we can only dream of...but they have to take it to the next level and act like they're coming off their death bed to do so because even at 13.5%, they're just that damn good.

What I can tell you though is Big Baby got shoved around and pushed down by everyone...and it was awesome.

lol...I agree with this.....Lebron is a drama queen sometimes.

If we are Cavs fans, we pretty much love LeBron and no one can bad mouth him without ardent defenders jumping into the fray. If we are Celtics fans, the same can be said for Kevin Garnett. I am a Piston's fan and I just loved Laimbeer, even though the vast majority of basketball fans thought he was a boorish lout who should be summarily tossed out of the NBA. It all depends on who you're for. it's all just part of the game and part of the fun of being fans. It should be a great play-off season in the NBA and nothing's for sure until the final game of the final series. So....I suggest we all sit back, get a good healthy unfair hatred for everyone on the other teams we think are dirty players (none of whom play for our personal favorite team), have a few cold ones, which of course will stoke our hatred even more and enjoy the games. Finally, if we should happen to be eliminated from the play-offs early, we can begin compiling our list of excuses for losing early.....probably because the other team's dirtiest player was protected by the unfair officials.

Paul Pierce should be suspended for faking injuries. WTF was he doing laying down in front of their bench anyways? You have a fucking shoulder "injury", not a knee...get the fuck up. Especially when you're not really hurt.

If KG is going to be suspended, would it be game two? That could be dangerous for the Celtics without him. Makes it all the more likely they drop that game and are going back to Miami tied at a game a piece. I know it's KG's self-anointed responsibility to be the 'baddest motherfucker' out there, but this is the playoffs dick, and your team needs all the help it can get.

I love it, the Selltics are getting old, and tired. If it weren't for the NBA, KG and Pierce would still be teammates, but it would be for the Cell Block C License Plate Makers. Big Baby would be just another fat hood hanging out on the street corner acting like a bad ass. Ray Ray would be living in San Francisco with his life partner....Rondo. Doc Rivers would still be in a leadership role though....as the Manager of the local McDonalds. I bet ole Red is proud of this unit....Or, maybe not.
