Chipper Jones would be one of my guesses, though I don't know if he strikes out enough, but he has been playing a long time and he always seems to kill the Reds.

Lance Berkman was another one off the top of my head.

3200+ combined whiffs while batting.....Jones and Berkman don't get it...doubt they get the more games than hits
