North Carolina still plays basketball?

(Lame joke, yes, but I am so ready for the season to start I could tie my neck with a rope. Three and a half months, baby.)

went to the NC Pro Am last week. Saw Bullock, Barnes, and Marshall. Barnes was hands down the best player on the floor. Granted he played against trash, he was pretty impressive.
PJ Hariston looked good as well. Not flashy, but a hard worker.

Duke had Ryan Kelly and Dawkins playing. Kelly was a man among boys, pulling down boards, handling the ball and shooting midrange jumpers. Dawkins was quiet, but did have a couple nice dunks and a couple threes.

NCState's trio Harrow, Leslie, Lorenzo Brown are the real deal. VanDenberg and Scotty Wood should be much improved with those three on the floor with them.

Looks like the Fields kid is headed to Tennessee, not Carolina.
