That'd be pretty crazy if they did go down 2-0. They were BY FAR the best team in the East in the regular season. Weren't they like 15-20 points ahead of the New Jersey-Buffalo-Pittsburgh log-jam for second through fourth?

On my way from the game and a few things stick out. 1. Caps fans are idiots when it comes to hockey, but are really loud. They are yelling like they just won the cup. 2. Theodore is awful and if the Caps want to go far, they will ditch him. 3. Caps defense is awful, just awful. 4. Caps have no real heart. Now maybe they got some late. But, they were lazy most of the game. 5. The Caps have taken the 8 seed into OT twice. This doesn't bode well going forward.

^^^^^They beat my Penguins every time this year so I really can't harp on them but the one thing I thought that could be exploited against Washington in the playoffs is their defense and goal tending.

Still hoping my beloved Wings are back after a disappointing loss to the Pens last year. I think the Wings are playing pretty well right now but in a short series, who knows and I'm always leary about facing teams from way out west. Anyway, go Wings!
