I'm not wanting to start a debate on "sexts" i just have a question that maybe someone on here with some legal background can maybe answer for me.

If both parties involved are over the age of 18, is it still illegal to send and recieve sext messages?

As long as you both are of the consenting age then hell no. But you don't want to end up like Greg Oden or something with your schwantz all over the internetz unless it hangs to your knees. But then that could even lead to some more chicks being thrown your way.

Hopefully they are mature enough to handle it. Getting pissed off at the other person and forwarding the pictures is not cool. Unless you are sending the girl's pics to me.

The only way for us to know for sure or not if it is illegal, is to share the pictures (of the female) with us and let us further investigate the situation prior to making judgment.
