Major League is on Comedy Central right now and it got me thinking about some really good baseball movies. What is your favorite baseball movie??

lol, only room for 10 choices, it wasn't easy narrowing it down. Some other good ones left off as well. I added rookie of the year and its a pretty similar movie to little big league, but I think rookie of the year is funnier.

Field of Dreams is the best IMO, but Sandlot is probably favorite.

Natural by far for me. Second is Major League and Sandot. The Sandlot has a special place from my time as a kid, but the Natural is a great movie.

I love all those movie and voted for Field of Dreams........ the only movie I won't watch on that list is Fever Pitch

One movie I thought of (which really is not a baseball movie per se) is "A Soldier's Story". It stars a young Denzel Washington among other people. The story is about an African American Army platoon pre WWII being investigated for the murder of their commanding officer. Since they cannot fight in the war, they serve as a semi-pro baseball team.

Field of Dreams followed by The Natural. It's not on the list but Eight Men Out is a very good baseball movie.
