I can live with the homerun by Konerko, no shame in that... BUT, the WALKS are driving me crazy..
Dude has only given up 1 hit, but the Sox have 3 runs.. He gave them an early lead because of his walks.. I think he has 5 or 6 in this game.

Walks are bad. I also dont like the number of balls that have been hit hard in the air or on a line. He has gotten some loud outs, which you will have, but he hasnt countered that with many groundballs. To me, that means his pitches arent moving or deceiving anyone on the Sox.

He wasn't ahead in the count enough to be able to throw his 2 seem fast ball effectively. That's why he didn't get many ground balls. Redmond is a bumb. How the hell did this guy get a roster spot and why the hell is Marson getting a day off already? Does Fausto prefer Redmond?

Redmond is Faustos personal catcher. With the balls bound to be in the dirt with Carmona and all his movement haveing Marson back there mightve been a bad idea. Redmond, defensively for Carmona, is the right choice. But he sucks.

Marte did his job. Dont fall behind there. Get a fastball and swing and put it in play. Infield in you will more than likely get the runner home which he did.

Ok maybe I will take that back. I would have jumped all over somebody last year for talking this way so soon. I didn't even watch spring training. Tonight is pretty much the first I have seen them play too. Last year ruined me and reading that up there has gave me a new outlook. I think I'm back. You've got to hit the ball in the air to get the run home. If it was a good hitter, I would be bothered by it. With Marte, I'm just happy he got the bat on the ball.
