For the most part I agree, but for now I am willing to give Phil the benefit of the doubt. He has been with his wife for 18 years now since they met in college without a hint of scandal, and he has always had a reputation for being a big family man. He is renowned for signing a shithouse full of autographs for fans, and being a huge tipper wherever he goes. Some people don't like his goody 2 shoes act, but until it comes out he is not a good guy I am willing to play along that he is.

I'm really becoming a believer in karma. Phil lived in the woods WAYYY of the fairway but never had to chip out.....we all know if you go into the woods (deep) 3 or 4 times.....you are simply going to have no shot at least once....and likely more will have to be chipped out....he shot them all towards the green without much holding back....and hitting a signature shot on one where 6 inches the other way and he has no shot.

Great day for Mickelson.....Tiger was a little grouchy afterwards....he's ususally very matter of fact without the grump of losing...not today.....Peter got to him.


Also loved Fred Couples being in it most of the weekend.

Great tournament overall, loved the shot by Phil on 13, that took some guts but it's always been his mantra. Great scene with Amy after the tournament, and really glad Phil won instead of Tiger. Would have liked to have seen Freddy win also.
