In honor of Passover, I thought I'd see how everyone felt about this Passover staple.

i'm a n00b. I've had the Seder meal, is that bread matzah? I always thought it was some kind of soup with dumplings.

I made five lbs of gefilte fish from scratch this year (first time I tried). So yea, I know charoses (sorry, I learned it the Ashkenaz way and have problems with Sephardic Hebrew.

You're not far off, you are thinking of matzah ball soup, which is usually a soup made with chicken broth and dumplings made out of matzah meal (essentially ground up matzah)

Well the holiday is almost over (it's a full 8 days) so soon the Matzah boxes will be shoved to the back of the shelves.
