UC did not run the ball alot the past couple seasons when Pike was under center. Isiah Pead avg. around 10 touches a game. However, during the 4.5 games were Collaros was under center the rushing numbers were at their highest. I think Kelly played to the team's strength when Tony was the QB. As 3reppom noted, look for UC's rushing #'s to increase this season. From what I hear, Pead has gotten a lot bigger and stronger and Darrin Williams has been impressive in Spring Practices.

I have been to UC's scout page and bearcatlair and all the websites that i know and couldnt find anything on how the spring is going outside of a couple of injuries. How is ZC doing with this new offense ? Has he improved?
There have been some articles regarding the QB position and Coach Jones has indicated he is impressed by Zach's athleticism and decision making. That being said, he indicated Collaros needs to get a lot better. I take that to mean Coach Jones has high expectations for #12 and this offense. Here is a link I pulled off another site:

I am not sure what other sites you have looked at but I would suggest a few other UC boards for you:
gobearcats.com (there is frequent video interviews with CBJ and good articles written by Scott Springer and Andy Katzowitz.
Bearcatlair- not sure if you are going to the rivals board or going to Bearcatlair.com. These are two separate boards. A couple of the guys who used to be on the rivals board left and started their own board. I would recommend the non-rivals board for the best information.
