Great! Check out GOhio soon. The featured video is Dantzler leaving his shoes on the mat. Quite the ovation too. I dig it when the crowd gets it. Reminds me of when Paige Nemec or Dustin Carter bowed out of the state tournament just before placing. Standing 'O'!!!

I'll be at Crossing at 4:25 ready to take whoever wants in. Halko is out this week, but Perez and Sanders said they'd meet me there. Will you be meeting me there as well?

Worse today. I will never understand why my jaw line gets ABSOLUTELY rocked when I wrestle. It feels like I took ten straight uppercuts from Rich Franklin!

FYI: If and when you show up tomorrow night, there will be a small clinic going on for 4h through 9th graders. Try not to interfere with them too much as many have paid good money for the training and some have travelled pretty far to be here.

Secondly, if you'd like to show up early an help the little tykes, by all means go for it, but do remember the above prtion and the fact that they've travelled to be here. Be a help... not a hinderance.

The clinic ends at 5pm so they'll be off the mat in time for our open at session. See you then.

Still roughed up but wanted to say that the room was small but mighty this evening. High level cometition with the mid-level guys stepping up their game. Hope to see everyone next week.

125 through 152 are off the charts still!!! Me, i' m looking for a few more 180-200 help. Bitter is whithering away to nothing right before our very eyes!!! I need help.

My head hurts so bad right now from breathing so heavy that I think I gave myself a concussion. Wish me luck as I try to sleep tonight. If for some reason I do fall by the wayside, I love you guys and keep it going. go Central Ohio wrestling!!!

They last about - roughly, I say - an hour and a half...

5 to 6:30pm.

5 to 5:07...welcome.
5:07 to 5:15...warm-up
5:15 to 5:23...drilling
5:23 to 5:36...takedowns*
5:38 to 5:51...top, bottom, out*
5:53 to 6:06...takedown for the pin*
6:08 to 6:15...a match*
6:15 to 6:30...cool down, shower/wrestling talk

*LIVE wrestling

We have guys in weight classes ranging just about the full spectrum. Mainly high schoolers, 15 to 20 regulars, most of which are high schoolers, with a ocuple post-high schoolers still wrestling.

Hope to see you some Tuesday night.

Once again - INCREDIBLE night of wrestling at Groveport Madison. Nice to see the Warrior group make it up. I hope you were pushed but still was able to have a good time.

If you haven't been yet, what's stopping you!?

Next week... some form of Lee Kemp will be there. Hope to see you then.
