Hopefully Palmer can carry this momentum over into the nationals and win it all! Metcalf has been figured out by other wrestlers IMO. He's super aggressive and that can be used against him if you're a smart wrestler.

I guess we need the big win In Omaha. I just keep hearing Metcalfs interview after last year, when he states that Palmer may be happy only losing by 1-2..but he isnt happy winning by 1-2....then he goes out and lays an egg against Caldwell :)

anybody listen to Palmer interview after the match? did he say metcalf wrestled not to lose and he wrested to win>>>> one has class and the other is missing it

Lol Metcalf.
He was so mad after the Caldwell match, I wonder what he was like after this.
He just needs to chill out, and just wrestle. He is like a robot. "I MUST WIN<MUST WIN"
This is a good mentality but he needs to calm down, and wins will take care of them self

Whoa! This almost made the second page. HELLO!?!?!?!

BTW: tBTN re-aired the BigTen finals from 3 to 6am and then again from 10am to 1pm... any word when it might air again? I'd love to play the recording I have from my VCR, turn on my computer to youtube, AND watch the BigTen replay!!! Dolby 3.0!!!

Last year Metcalf said that about Palmer when they wrestled in the NCAA's..Metcalf said Palmer was content with losing by 2.

This is hardly payback. I'm Glad Lance got the monkey off his back. He's worked hard to finally get passed Metcalf. I hope he can continue this momentum into the National Championship in two weeks.

If he wants payback that's when he'll get it.

National Championship > than Big Ten Championship.
