We obviously know that the NBA All-Star is heads over heels better than the Pro Bowl, and the stars actually attend and participate in the NBA All-Star. Do you think for the NFL players who pull out of the Pro Bowl should not be allowed to take the bonus money that comes with the nomination?

The game has no meaning whatsoever. The biggest problem is that unlike MLB and the NBA it's played at the end of the season rather than in the middle of it. That's obviously not going to change.
Have them meet someplace to sign autographs for the fans who voted them in there in the first place to show them their appreciation and screw the game.

It has recently become a glorified flag football game.

Football is much more a team game than baseball or basketball, and that makes it harder to throw together an all-star game. Just eliminate the game.
