Going into the season he knew that the Saints were going to be a great, great team and a valid contender for the SB.

So....he decided to come back. He played very well this season so he could what he could to knock other teams away from NO. He played so well in the first playoff game so he would be assured a spot in the NFC Champ vs the Saints...so he could throw an INT late to have his fav team into the super bowl.

If it was all a joke to get people to bite, why didn't you just continue to stir the pot and fire people up more? Instead you made one initial comment and once you saw everyone making fun of what you said, you tried to take it back. Either you really weren't joking and you're a blatant liar or you are just terrible at setting up what you say is a "joke" - which wasn't a very good one by the way.
