can we wait at least until the senior bowl (practices start next week) and senior week does play into a player draft status on how they do there. and is this a full 7 rounds?

in the past we started the day after the Super Bowl.

May be an unrealistic idea but maybe we can get cell phone numbers for all the draft participants? And if they're on the clock and aren't around the computer, a text can be sent to them to remind them they have X amount of time left to pick. And if they can't get to a computer within that time, they can just reply with their pick via text which can be relayed onto here.

Most of us probably have AIM. You can just have AIM attached to your phone and have an IM sent at your pick, and it'd be just like a text message.

Well Justin said he'd be the commish so maybe he can compile a lists of phone numbers. That way it's not public to a bunch of people.

I don't know, Justin has got a lot on his plate as it is...I'd hate for him to worry about one more responsibility.

I wouldn't mind the cell phone idea, or the aim/cell idea even though I don't have that set up.

It's very simple. Just go in your preferences/settings and there's a "mobile" part. You just put your # in and you're good to go.

I use it for the Fantasy Leagues that I run. Everything is done through AIM, but sometimes I can't be on, and people can just IM me.

That way, nobody has to know any phone numbers, and we can all feel a bit better with the same results.

Alright thanks, that doesn't sound very hard to do. It will definitely had some efficiency to this draft.

Speaking of which, does anybody know when the Indianapolis combine is taking place? Isn't it at the end of February?
