Hes been pretty good this year compared to his first 2 years. Still he hasnt played like a 1st rounder but atleast he has gotten better and not been a total bust.

Umm I'd say on sportbook it would be +5000 because you would have bet Any other player since I doubt they would have listed Phillips.
