After reading the post about Canal Winchester and knowing about the summer competition nights, I was wondering now that we are about in the middle of summer what are some other places running open mats that would welcome another wrestler.

Whitehall holds open mats on Sundays 5-630. Were off this Sunday 7/3 due to Whitehall holding its 4th of July festivities that day. Well be back at it the following Sunday. We have weight classes from about 110-150 and a few guys around 220. Several alumni show up, some of which are state champs, placers, and qualifiers.

Dublin Coffman is holding open mats every Tuesday evening at 6 pm. The school is located at 6780 Coffman Road and the wrestling room is attached to the football stadium.

This Sunday, August 14, Whitehall will be hold open mats from 10 am till 1130 am. Please note, our regular time for open mats will resume next Sunday August 21. Again, if you show up at 5 this Sunday no one will be home. Show up for an early morning workout Sunday.
