Yeah I'm not using the Walgreens downstairs to buy fucking Claritin. Nor do I care about its costs vs Walmart.

I go when I need TP, toiletries, soft drinks, etc.

And it's significantly cheaper than anywhere else.

Probably the most consistently used service that I have is my American Express Card. They have a rewards program. I pass. There's a fee. I don't use the card for rewards. I chose their service for other reasons and I'm plenty happy with the value I get.

It's a good service at a fair price to me. Isn't that enough?
Never fly? You pay the ticket anyway, might as well have a FF # for every airline and get miles for what you're paying for.
Same with grocery stores, gas stations, etc. you have to buy their shit, why would you pass up on their rewards?

I don't live in Chicago, NY, LA but many times convenience over rides cost or saving a few pennies. If you live in a big city your location and the idea of cost saving shopping require planning and time. Over paying maybe cheaper in the long run when convenience is put into the equation.

I don't grocery shop...probably haven't in 25 years. Gas is the irritating one. If I go inside, which is rare, the question of have a rewards card/frequent whatever card comes up. The answer is always no. I'd rather they just charge everyone less!!! It pisses me off a little.

Yes I fly occasionally. It's really not that big of a deal.

What's wrong with expecting fair price and value and being satisfied with paying it?

What's wrong with a company rewarding the customers who support them most?

Im not really arguing here. I'm just legit stunned by it. If you have to use a product, and no company in that field DOESNT offer rewards, I don't see why you wouldn't sign up. You can't go anywhere else that doesn't offer it, to support their decision to not offer it.

Two biggest things for me are I have never watched any of the Star Wars movies and I have never been outside of the Continental US. I have been to all 48 States though so at least I have that going for me.

South Dakota is amazing. I went in May and had one of the best weekends of my life. I thought it was going to be one time trip, but I would love to go back.

Things I haven't done:

Smoked a cigarette or weed
Any other illegal drug
Had a one night stand
Been to a NASCAR race (but I would love to)
Read or watched Harry Potter
Had surgery
Stayed overnight in a hospital...excluding when I was born, obvs.
Drank coffee or tea

I'm not a retard based on this because, as stated I've never been in Walgreens.

Kroger is considerably more than Walmart too if you don't watch what the hell you are buying.

If S&L has one in his high rise...it's convenient and he's walking....if he has to go to Walmart (which I'm guessing isn't near a high rise)...paying for gas. If another drug store gas and maybe parking also.

There actually is a Walmart close to me. Not the Walmart that most are used to seeing. They have Walmart's that are designed for the city throughout Chicago.

It's not any cheaper than any other store. That's the thing, Walmart may be cheaper for rural areas like where Monty more than likely lives. But it's not here. And Walgreens usually has most of their shit on sale so it's actually way cheaper. Plus I only buy about 10 things at Walgreens, and it's usually shit for mixed drinks or a bottle of wine, food items like sugar or salt and pepper when I run out of them, or snacks or candy...I'm not buying hundreds of dollars worth of shit at Walgreens it's little things here and there and they're usually on sale.
