Looks like a year when CD makes some noise on the state level. Several teams are loaded, plus lots of very good individuals.

Who's at what weight...who's made a jump...who's on the bubble?

Westerville South: 2x DQ Zach Wachalec (220 SR), DA Jake Chrisman (285 SR), DQ Isaac Roussos (138/145 JR), Sam Shalvey (152/160)

Westerville Central: SA Tre Bogetich (126/132 JR), 2x DQ Will Green (138/145 SR), DQ James Schneider (145/152 JR)

Westerville North: Many returning DQ's including 2x SA Brandon Goldsmith (152/160 SR), DQ Cam Jenkins (138/145 JR), 2x DQ Mike Kline (145/152 SR), 2x DQ Josh Grant (126/132 JR), DQ Mason Hay (220 JR), DQ Lucas Seibert (106/113 SO)

I'm interested to see what Delaware and Dublin Scioto can bring. Upper Arlington is also on that list.

I am jonesing for some Inside The Circle though - I do know that!

We all are Cruiser....what's the countdown to Season 4, Episode 1.1 ? Your ITC clock is down.

Shout out to Delaware Hayes. Those kids, as a group, were extremely active all spring and summer. May not be able to compete with O-Lib's all-star crew but their work ethic and mat time has been impressive.

Can't wait for the all star meet should have some great match ups this year! Cruiser do we have a date and site yet?

11/24/15 @ Worthington Kilbourne High School. I'll lock in a time to be certain but I assume 6p or 7p start time.

I plan to create another program this year. Last year they went like hotcakes.

Considering (by "considering" I mean the idea has been pitched to be mulled over) the option of t-shirts being sold to parents and fans. The shirts would be different color than those who are awarded them by being selected for the meet.

Also would like to implement a "Classics" match-up with a couple coaches doing a match. Maybe do a collection for the CDWCA scholarship fund. Vote on who you think will win by casting a $1 vote. At the end of the night, wrestle the match, add up the envelopes, and add it to the scholarship! Or purchase oxygen tanks!

Or not. Whatevs. :D

but I think he'll need more than oxygen tanks! But would
love to watch him wrestle again

Awesome info Cruiser. Love the CDCWA all-star preview. Great transition, for me, from football to wrestling season.

When do the invites go out and when will we know line-ups?

I do believe the voting will be Sunday, November 15th. Coaches, and thus, wrestlers will be made known of who is wrestling. I will begin working on the program at that point.


It's going to be a great season!

Cruiser,

You could always put the actual match-up on the shirts IF they can get you the match-ups on time. I bet those would sell like hotcakes too.

who the heck would tate even wrestle? maybe greg lahr, hes a ref not sure hes coaching still. maybe we can get tank from cambridge (o: maybe luke fickle? oh wait hes busy..... how bout cruiser vs grant over at westerville. The one id really like to see is Marinelli vs Disabato.

I think he was referring to the team race at the schott not the duals. as for why, IDK I never asked, I trust the personnel and the the decisions they make. Whatever the answer is, it worked. Hoping it works this year for the team title (o:
