But seriously...that's it. Though it is a current goal of mine, so we shall see.
Those are impossible obstacles to overcome, might as well just give up now haha. Seriously, if you are like me you are not giving up beer. I just try to eat really clean and workout during the week, and let the weekends fall where they may.

That is exactly what I do, too. I try to limit myself to one beer/bad food day per week if I can. Sometimes I will go a few weeks at a time without drinking at all, but then I will rage for an entire weekend. #thestruggle

That's where I'm at. I've come to grips with the fact I'll likely always have this little bit of pudge around the midsection no matter how much I exercise and control my diet. Because I needs me beer and often after a good night of drinking, I needs me food to soak up the alcohol.

The struggle is real haha. I like to think if I am eating good 85% of the the time, that is enough. What is the point of being in shape and healthy if you can't enjoy yourself? I have a friend who works out constantly and eats perfect, but never does much for fun. What is the point? He is training for some event that is never going to happen.

Only thing I can think of is my job when I lived on the East Coast. 8-4 and could take a 30 min - to an hour lunch. 12 min walk to work from my apartment. Work itself was boring, and not stimulating, but gave me plenty of time to post on the OC. Had anywhere from 4 to 6 hours of free time during the work day. I was happy and ready to move on then for more challenging work, but now I wouldn't mind having it back. Pay is certainly better now, and the day passes by much faster, but thats about the only benefit I see. Challenging work etc.. is whatever.

then I guess you need to go through the record books and add whatever tenths of a second to every single record ever that wasn't FAT'd.

your logic doesn't make sense, as it rarely does.

Hope this helps.

The motivation to actually workout.

My long hair back...it's growing back, but just takes awhile.
