What is the toughest division of the OCC?

Capital had 4 placers, 4 wrestlers lost their match to place
Central had 9 state placers and 2 champs, 3 lost in the match to place
Ohio Division had 3 placers, 1 lost in match to place
Cardinal division had 3 placers 4 lost in the match to place

The OCC Central had 8 by my count (M'ville with 4, CC, HD, DC, and OL with 1 each). Without counting the others, I'd have to think that was the highest in the OCC.

Cardinal Division I believe had 3 state placers (Stratton, Black, Parker) and 4 more in the match to place. (Campbell, Llaneza, Hinz, Kramer) I'm sorry if I missed anyone.

Liberty had 2 SP 120 & 126
And for my 2cents the Central is the best by far you have 2 of the top 3 teams from District's and a regional champ & a regional runner-up plus the most placers.
