The CAPS will be back at it again every Monday at a new time 7pm-8:30pm.
This is in response to some of the kids that need some extra time to get to Hilliard Darby.
We have had some good rooms already early on.
Last week we had several hammers all the way from Bloom Caroll rolling.
Come get some!

What are you guys doing on December 23rd? Most schools are out, and the Christmas tournaments are looming.

And Inside The Circle is NOT afraid to do a segment on this EXCELLENT training opportunity. Interviews, a few live goes, perhaps some testimonials!?!?!?!?!?!

Since there isn't school the next day we're thinking about making it a 4 hour session.... can't get too much wrestling.... especially as a Dad not doing any of the wrestling.

Ha!!! Any chance of a guest clinician? Do a little 2 hour clinic, and then, if kids want to stick around, two hours of an open mat??? But as you state, we're not the ones cashing the checks...we're just writing them!!! :D

Whatever the decision, please, please get it advertised!!!

Ohio Capitals Club Practice tonight will be cancelled due to exams this week. We will be back on next week at 7pm. Sorry for the late notice!

Keep us informed about next week. I would love to get a few (handfuls) of kids up there. As well as do some ITC work.

The Ohio Capitals Club is hosting open mats again at Darby HS this Monday at 7PM.

Jimmy Edwards will be there to run things.

Very good room last night, if not in quantity, at least in quality I counted at least 6 schools represented, including a couple who traveled a long way in bad weather for a good workout. At least 5 state qualifiers in the room (probably more, Cthelites would know better) and all the kids were putting in some real work.
