AP, but Childress and Favre wont let him show us :(

Chris Johnson among others are very close. Stephan Jackson could be if he was on a new team. I would love to see him on a good team.

AP gets my unbiased vote even though MJD is my man. I dont see whats so wrong about the list. I might not have included Forte but Turner when healthy deserves to be in the discussion. Who else would you have put in the group? And if you say Jerome Harrison i will come through this computer and smack you

lol, no not the Ghost. Im a Colts fan anyway.

I would put DeAngelo Williams over Turner (although I have no beef with Turner on the list).

However, Forte has no business being here, especially when Mr. Stephan Jackson is left off. Jackson should be on here no questions. The list really isnt terrible, I just cant figure out how Williams after the last 2 years and Jackson after the last 5 with the Rams are left off for Forte (and lesser extent Turner. I say lesser cause when healthy he was a stud, but he has only been healthy one year).

In closer examination i've come to the opinion that instead of Jackson, i'd put Ray Rice there instead of Forte

Chris Johnson. AP has had such little production the last 4-5 games while Johnson continues to be a force every game.

Chris Johnson hands down, for this season. Peterson may be the most talented, but against inferior competition, he's only averaged 4.4 YPC, and has lost 6 fumbles. As long as AP fumbles, he's not the best RB in the NFL. He's always had problems holding onto the ball.

Johnson and Tennessee have played against tougher defenses, and he's averaging 5.8 YPC, with only 2 lost fumbles. Yes, he has less overall TD's, but you can't discount his 5.8 YPC and ability to hold onto the ball.

Peterson is VERY talented, but he's got to learn how to hold onto the ball.

How is Steven Jackson left off of this list. As the only legitimate offensive threat his team has he is still putting up great numbers. My vote goes to AP though. I love the physical running style.

1. Adrian Peterson
2. Chris Johnson
3. Steven Jackson
4. DeAngelo Williams
5. Healthy Michael Turner
