The East is definitely much better than the East and it makes a huge difference. The pace is slower, it's more of a grind with lower possessions which means fewer scoring opportunities. KD took something like 330 more shots than Lebron this year which is a huge amount, give Lebron those shots and he averages more ppg because he is way more efficient than KD(or anyone else is). If you can't see a huge difference in style of play and defense between the conferences then I dunno what to tell you.KB0938;1618199 wrote:Where he plays isn't really that big a deal. I feel like Rose won it because everyone was trying to hype him as the next superstar in the league, Lebron had the much better all around season including defensively. Also I forgot to add that he would shoot a higher percentage against the West. He shot 57% and would probably shoot 60% if he played in the Western conference because of higher percentage looks and more fast break opportunities. There's a few teams like I said who play good D. Chicago Miami Indiana. aside from that, there's no defensive beasts in the east. just slower pace and worse offensive players. Who else supposedly has such great defense?
