I have nothing against the current Mods or Ex Mods on this site. What I have against A Mod is having a personal agenda against some posters, that other Mods even are aware of, to ban certain posters. That screams of JJ Huddle and the way they Moderated over there. And if I'm not mistaken F4F was a Mod over there. This isn't vaJJ's. In fact it's pretty much the opposite in spite of that Mod trying to run it that way. I should have said 'ruin' it that way.

I was a mod on JJhuddle. A very beloved one if I might say so myself. I actually got banned from jjhuddle for "posting secrets on freehuddle" according to jj lol

I don't have a dog in this fight, but we might as well stop bothering with "Well if this keeps up then we'll never attract new members!" This place probably isn't going to attract significant new/consistent posting, even if we all did get along. How many lonely 20-50 year old males are surfing the internet and will likely stumble across this place and want to join? Is anyone here that wasn't originally from JJHuddle, which from my understanding had advertisement at Ohio sporting events. I scanned through a few pages, and just about everyone joined in November-December of '09.

With that said, there needs to be a new poll, simply titled "Should Fly4Fun be a moderator: yes or no?" and act accordingly pending the results. IMO, the results won't be much different, because I think we all know what we're voting for, regardless of how it's worded. But, that seems to be the only way to fix it and move on from this problem.

I dont disagree with any of this. I bitched about the mods religiously and still dont think they do a good job. If in fact F4F is targeting certain posters then by all means he should be gone.

But the poll, worded poorly or not, didn't nearly come close to indicating that this is what needed to happen.

I was not aware of this. I was a member there since 2002/2003ish...until I've been banned 3 times for reasons not in their rules.

You must have been a good Mod. I look as a Mod like an Ump. Make good or even bad calls and no one knows you are there. Try to be the star of the game with your calls, good or bad, an everyone hates you. Because you've put yourself in a position where you think you are bigger than the game...sound familiar?

I recognize that there are people who have a beef with a particular Moderator, and while I do NOT dismiss their complaint (nor do I ally with it ... again, I don't give a shit), I would put the over-under on any mass exodus at about 12 people, tops.

Active posters? To be sure. An encompassing group that can call itself "the people?" That's stretching it.

I say F You. I should have said you are the original Mod I hated. Mainly because you were the first or second Mod on FreeHuddle...but then I'd have to include Mantooth too, but I love that phaggot.:cool:
