I know it's only one game into week 2, so nothing really means much in the grand scheme of things, but man, the conference looks pretty uninspiring overall.
I think a healthy Patriots team makes it interesting but I still think Denver goes to the super bowl.

The AFC has been top heavy the last 3 years now. Have not been impressed with the AFC for awhile. The shift of power is def in the NFC.

I am not one to agree with c4f, but brady did look like a pouting bitch boy. Just like phillip rivers looks like a pouting bitch boy when he pouts.

Negative on the Pats. Their WR corps absolutely blows. I'm baffled that they went into this season with that group.

Healthy Gronk and Amendola change things.

Could say the same about Gronk at this point as well.

Why they essentially chose Amendola to Welker knowing the guy can't stay on the field to actually help them is beyond me.

I get that they are a big next man up type organization that doesn't worry about injuries, but with Brady having only a few years left and desperately wanting that 4th Super Bowl they are doing almost nothing to help him get there.

remember when people thought Ca$h Newton was going to be good after his first game?

Still think TP ends up with a better career than him.

Gotta love ESPN's QBR rating:

Aaron Rodgers:

34/42, 480 yards, 4 TD's, 0 INT's, team won 38-20

Michael Vick

23/36, 428 yards, 2 TD's, 0 INT's, 6 rushes for 23 yards and 1 rushing TD, team lost 33-30

Aaron Rodgers QBR: 80.9

Michael Vick QBR: 81.5

As much as I hate the POS Harrison, it was nice to see he actually has human emotions when LeBeau was brought up.

Looks like too much credit given for slightly longer passes....both were great but Rodgers score has to be in the 90's.

I believe QB factors in rushing yards, sacks, and situational factors (down and distance, how close a game is, etc).

The numbers Rodgers put up when winning 24-0 or 31-0 wouldn't be weighted as heavily as Vick's numbers in a close game.
