Strange world we live in when to JV tourney semi-finalists are the FAVORITES to win a big "varsity" tournament. SMH.:confused:
If Vanmeter did in fact beat Northridge's heavy who qualified for the state tournament last year, then i think that speaks more to the fast-rising talent of this young man more than the quality of the weight class at this tournament.

I don't know whether he beat the Northridge kid or not, but I know he lost to Eubanks in December and lost to Pick North's Rollo (amongst others) at last week's Cruiser. I'm not tryingt o bag on the kid, I'm just not paving the way to future state championship for him either.

Sorry. Dont have points. With all the byes its hard to say how it will all shake out.

Cruiser- Cocky Catholic Wrestler is a good kid. I think I just need to get him
