Licking Valley fills all weight classes - definitely relying on some underclassmen - who are rapidly improving.

From what I've read, Circleville has a young team but they must be fairly good as they scored some significant points in coming in 3rd at Logan Elm this past weekend.

Do Circleville and Hamilton Twp fill all their weight classes? I am hoping so - it's a long drive and I want to see some wrestling!

Who are the hammers and at what weights?

What time do you have on your schedule for a start time?
I think all 3 teams will fill every weight class.

yes, that's what on MYOHSAA.

All MSL tri's start at 5 and duals start at 6, but this MSL dual was made into a tri. I don't want it to get late.

Agreed - I am hoping we get to wrestle the first 2 since we have an hour and a half drive home. But that as well as start time is really for you to work out with Coach Tate. I'm just a parent - all I can say is the schedule I have says 6 pm.

Last year we wrestled the last 2 at Hamilton Twp so we got out late - and a snow storm hit us just as we were walking out of the gym so it was an even longer drive home.

I am glad all weight classes are filled to - the more matches our kids get the better!

UPDATE: MYOHSAA.org has the start time updated to 5pm.

The order tonight will be HT, CV first, LV,HT second, LV CV third. The reasoning is because the MSL Buckeye match takes place first. I understand that LV travels the furthest, but because of the importance of the league, that will always be order. I hope LV understands, they are a great addition to the tri.

Thanks for explaining Coach Tim - I understand why we would go last. That does make sense - there's league standings on the line.

Thanks for the update too - better rearrange my work schedule tomorrow afternoon!

I honestly don't know much about HT or CV this year. We have an SQ - McCown at 182. A DP - Owens at 195 and DQs at 120 138 160 and 170.

With Crum at 220 he will go against our sophomore- Redman. He took 5th at sectionals last year at 285. He was just at the minimum weight for HWT though giving up a lot of weight to
his opponents.

He graduated. Last year McCown wrestled 195 and Owens wrestled 220. They were both light for their wt classes. This year they both shifted down- as did Redman.

for some reason I thought Harble was a junior last year. I remeber watching owens wrestle. He looked like he could have made 182 last year almost but always gave all the bigger guys all they could handle. Glad to see they are in their respective weights now. I am very impressed the past few years how far the LV program has came since I was in high school. Much Improved!

Yes Coach Tate and Coach Muz have done an excellent job with the program. From biddy league on up.
