That was the name the sponsor picked last year. This year's sponsor...Flickinger Legal Group...elected to go back to our old name "Pioneer Invitational".

Should be tough at multiple weights. A couple of hidden gems throughout and lots of talent. 182 is particularly interesting.

So Parkham from Marion Franklin is finally going down to 138. That is very interesting.

Brackets, with pools probably for the two smallest ones: 120 and 195. My tournament director is eye-balling everything right now and he will make the call.

106 - Norris should win big vs. whoever.

113 - District Placer Hines should also not have much trouble.

120 - Gasca vs. Ackley could be interesting. Gasca won at sectionals i believe.

126 - Two state placers, but Minnard lost to Kakos who Timchenko majored.

132 - Messeral vs. Medina Placer Ferguson could be interesting. Ill take Messeral.

138- Two state qualifiers. Alexander should win, but watch out for Parkham who could spoil the final.

145 - Tough weight. Pollitt is legit, Llaneza is also very tough. Ill take the winner of that semi to win it all.

152 - thin weight class, martello boy gets after it! Close relation to david martello from a couple years back?

160 - another thin one, Dodson has been doing well so ill take him.

170 - SQ Gibson is tough, I think Heilman makes final and gives him a good match.

182 - Tough weight. Could be a great final, but Monroe could be a bracket buster. Ill take Shackelford.

195 - Kamba.

220 - Ive heard crumb is the real deal, though stockton is the only district qualifier.

HWT - Another Loaded weight. Garren should win, but who will be his finals opponent? On paper should be Gray (MF)
