yeah, it is more of a bargaining chip kind of thing for him. If they franchise him, according to Florio...he would be sitting at 20 mil. Then that is the bottom of where they can offer to sign him in a long term deal. What if we are able to sign Paul Kruger or Anthony Spencer? Then assuming Sheard can make the transition, we can focus the draft on the secondary.. if Milliner is gone at six you trade down and take Rhodes or Banks.
