Honestly I'd rather suffer through someone who we know is shit then suffer through our first round picks QB play that we all know is horrible except for a few people.
Oh Jesus....bash him all you want but Weeden's not even close to as bad as Ken Dorsey. It's not saying a lot but he (Weeden) was probably the second or third best QB this team has had since the return, which again isn't saying a lot. You're sounding like an over-dramatic little school girl.

Uhh, no I'm sounding like I have from the beginning: right, at least when it comes to weeden. And are you seriously bragging about weeden being the second or third best QB we've had? So basically he's the 3rd smartest retard in Special Ed?

Point I was trying to make is now that we ALL realize weeden is hot garbage, and we can move on from that abortion of a pick. We're going to have 2 wins this season and were going to finally get our QB. That's what I've said from the beginning: sacrifice one season to get your QB of the future. Seems like the browns just wanted to keep going with a mediocre at best QB to get us to 8 wins.

Ok, then move on. I bring up the Ken Dorsey days and somehow Weeden's name gets thrown into the equation. We get it, he's not that good and you hate him.

It's just hilarious to me that the biggest weeden backer is bashing other QBs we've had

Why is it hilarious when Weeden's actually been one of the better QB's we've had? That's not saying much but Ken Dorsey was pretty putrid.

The only statement he was wrong on was saying TRich was the best offensive player...did he forget the team still had Thomas?

Because he sucks. He's one of the best QBs we've had whooptyfuckindoo!!

You realize that everyone of our QBs have sucked right? You're trying to defend weeden by dissing him lol

Perhaps but he's the last person that should be chiming in. He helped created the mess that Banner & Co now have to fix.

I haven't actually. You just can't take the fact that you've been 100% wrong this entire time on weeden. Now you're trying to make up for it by saying he's been the third best QB we've had lol I mean do you not understand that? You look absolutely pathetic.

Really? You're actually quite delusional. I've counted quite a few times on the serious business forum where I've seen you getting slammed for your dumbass comments.

I made a comment about Ken Dorsey sucking and somehow you turned it into a Weeden conversation. Weeden wasn't mentioned in my comments but somehow you turned it into that.

I know it's early, but I'm curious as to who everyone thinks we may be taking with this pick in next year's draft. Right now I'd have to say Teddy Bridgewater is the frontrunner, but a lot could change between now and then. I can tell you one thing for sure, though-if for some insane reason they decide on Manziel, I'm gone.

S+L was against the Weeden pick from the very beginning. Many of us weren't ecstatic with it, but we were willing to give him a chance because we had no choice. S+L in the meantime continually bashed everyone for simply saying give Weeden a chance to prove us wrong. We all knew deep down inside that Weeden wasn't the answer, so I guess we can't be surprised S+L is gloating for "foreseeing" the entire thing, when in reality, we all knew it was very likely, we simply wanted to believe maybe he could prove us wrong.

Congrats, S+L. You're an absolute genius. Much smarter than the rest of us. We can only wish that you continue to grace us with your presence as we muddle through the rest of this glorious football season.

I think they are going to have to be at #1 to take Bridgewater and somehow I think they will bumble their way, just enough, to be out of the running for him. As you mentioned, a lot can change in the next few months.

LOL, I am not 100% sure, but I think br posted a video of this guy a couple years ago. He was QQing about the Browns, and he ripped his browns flag, because he was done. He also QQ'd about the browns possibly getting "John Kolb."

Right now, Bridgewater and Manziel aren't really comparable in terms of NFL readiness IMO.

One of my old college roomies is from Louisville and a former HS teammate of Michael Bush, so I've always loosely followed them and tried to watch their games. Bridgewater is young, but experienced. He's been starting since his freshman year. He has a great arm and can really sling it from the pocket. I just looked, I imagined he was bigger in terms of weight, but I was wrong. 6'3 195...not bad.

Oh Give me a break. I took so much shit for being anti weeden. Now I come on here to tell BR how wrong he was (only when he decided to let us all know that at least we aren't stuck with Ken Dorsey!) and now I'm gonna get shit on again?

I've never had a "I'm a genius listen to me" approach to the browns. I enjoy BRs commentary on the browns just like I do everyone on here...but the weeden disaster was evident form the beginning and a few people drank the koolaid and they're now realizing their mistake. Admit you were wrong and move on. Don't try and say "well he is bad but he's probably the third best QB we've had" Jesus
