I wonder if we'll ever see one where it is actually legit or will it trend toward just getting stranger and stranger.

I hope there is one where the person is legit. Just because. I need SOME faith in humanity

I'm thinking clowns and tranny hookers in future episodes.

If there's a clown (porn) episode featuring tranny hookers as the clowns, it might be the most glorious trainwreck of all time.

Not to derail the topic but, since you mentioned it, my friend's daughter comes over to his house one night asking for stamps and he asks her "why do you need stamps?" She replies "I got this e-mail that if I send money to this guy in Nigeria I will get millions of dollars." I didn't think ANYONE was that stupid. The girl grew up in West Virginia so I guess that explains it?

There was one where the fat girl thought she was talking to a guy, and it turned out it actually was him. He was just a lot more fat than he said he was, and that's why he didn't want to meet. I believe she claimed they had been dating ten years but never actually met, lol. But that's probably the closest one to being legit.
I don't see anything wrong with meeting and talking to people online, as long as you can get them to Skype or something from the beginning. If one party keeps making excuses and it never happens, it should be obvious to the other party.
