Playing it safe was the smart thing to do but it does have to make you wonder if the Boys coaching staff had little or no confidence in letting Romo throw the ball when they got in close especially with his history.

The defense will save the day.

lol what? They wanted to run the ball to keep the clock moving. It was absolutely the right call. A made FG pretty much wins the game.
