Its the chicken and the egg. Is ND bad because they beat teams from a bad conference? Or is the conference bad because ND keeps beating their teams?

That wasn't the point of the comment. The point is, Notre Dame has been talking shit for 20 years and has zero relevant wins. Humility is something they only learn every once in a blue moon when they play a real team and get blown the fuck out.

We've been cutting our nose off since week one. It's not secret the B1G sucks this year.

Who's fault is it that you are an independent. Join a fucking conference and that won't be a problem.

I'm not complaining or bitching I was just stating the obvious I actually laughed at his comment. Life's top short to get mad over a message board.

My wi-fi was down over the weekend and it was killing me I couldn't comment on this game as it was happening. 6 TOs by scUM in critical situations as they gift wrapped this dog of a game and handed the Potato Famine an early Xmas present. How the pollsters recognize a team that didn't earn a single offensive score themselves as the no. 10 team in the country shows the bias that exists for ND. Its almost as blatant as the protection mods show on this site in their love for the Catoleighs.

Beating MSU impressively is indeed impressive. UM gift wrapped this one for them, but ND should have beaten them more soundly. USC, Stanford, & Oklahoma are looming. If they win one of those three I'll be impressed and 10-2 might get them a BCS game, I'll think that they would get beat in that game unless it is against the Big East champ.

Notre Dame has been LESS than impressive on offense. Good thing thats only half (or a 3rd) of the game. Their defense is tough. I dont care that UofM handed them a few of those turnovers. ND forced a FG attempt after a Golson INT by forcing UofM from an extra point to a 30+ yarder. Everytime they were put in a tough situation inside the 20, they responded.

BCS talk is indeed premature, but getting Stanford at home means they can realistically talk about being 7-0 before Oklahoma. The season is already playing out better than anyone expected, and thats gotta be exciting. Even if they lose the 3 "big" games remaining, 9-3 is better than most predicted for them.
