Boro needs to factor in that Smith is reunited with the coach that had him the year he won junior high state.
No one coaching high school right now knows the kid better, or how to get more out of him.

Thats pretty strong to say about a kid.
I was surprised how he ended up at state and Im sure no one was more upset about it than Bobby.
I do think that total body of work might give him the edge as far as being ranked at the District/State but D1 isnt D3 either.
Lots of kids are ranked lower and beat higher ranked kids so its just good discussion fodder anyways.
Penzone will have a say in it for sure. That should be a great tussle plus they are now in the same conference!
Rooney has really come on strong too.

Im looking forward to seeing how we do at the Schott this yr.
I think we will have a much better showing.

I have to think we'll see either Zep Penzone or Timmy Rooney at 120, if possible.

I have nothing better to do...

Pre-season write-up coming in a few weeks. But not too early lest we forget about it.

I'd like to do something similar to what the Columbus Dispatch did for football. But we'll see about that!

Too funny that you remembered that. Also, what in the world are you doing over here after one HUGE win last Friday night!!! I figured you figured (after that win) you'll be riding the football wagon until early December!!!

Anywho, if I do expand what I have started, I will need help. So far I only have about four or five sentences about the returners for the teams that placed in the top 10 at Darby last year. Expansion - and lets be honest... Doing it the right way - would be all city league teams, all OCC teams, all MSL teams and the CCL teams. And don't forget St. Charles! Did we miss anyone???

But again, as of rit now, that's where it stands... A little blurb about each of the teams that finished in the top 10 last year.

I will release my D-I Central District write-up in early October. I will release the Inside The Circle Volume 1, Issue 1 - HOPEFULLY - at the Central District All-Star meet. Then, in early to mid-December, I will release it in electronic form.

Be ready.

Also, the GM website will be unveiled soon, along with the "Be Better" wrestling camp info.
