The most difficult person in your life that you have to deal with? (so frustrating to deal with or be around)

If you don't want to mention names Ok but expalin why this person is a pain..

I have a individual (HZ) that never get anything done on time, never gives a straight answer, has been caught in a few lies, always finds a reason why something can get done, and make excuses always. I have to deal with this guy for now but someday he and his manufacturing company will be gone.... from doing business with me... I have to use him for now but things will change and this guy will be out of work ..

I work with a lady who is tall and big (not really fat, but definitely not skinny, kind of built like a linebacker) and she is also really loud and loves to blame everyone else for everything. She has been with the company forever and has been demoted several times. Every time there is a change in management she gets promoted again. Currently she is a manager and I despise working with her. I think she thinks that people upstairs judge her by how much she complains. She calls me every day to bitch about something and she never gives me enough information. If I ask for examples she won't get back to me for days, but once I have an example she complains upstairs about how I don't respond quick enough for her.
