I agree with your top 3. After that I feel you are a little shaky. I would move Jerome ahead of West. I would also move Delaware Hayes up a couple of spots.

Possibly - I have not seen Delaware Hayes this year so I really did not know where to put them. West could easily be replaced by another school Franklin Heights even maybe, but from what I seen of Jerome this year I have a hard time giving them anything more than the middle of the pack.

West and Hayes will be in some order at 4/5, with Jerome pushing.

Marysville - #1 in the district. Such a good team studs in rahmani 106, sparks 113, forrider 138, boyd 145, miller 160, pfarr 182, taylor 195, rhine 220, and thirkield hwt. Sepeda at 120 is also a likely DQ.
Hilliard Davidson - Has tough guys in Davis 113, Wilson 126, Tate 145, Delande 152, Mickley 160, Kazmaul 170, and Backenstoe 220. Gill 106 and Lawler 132 are also scorers.
Mt. Vernon - Riley at 106, Horner @ 145, Daniels @ 170, Lybarger @ 182, Gamble @ 195, and a solid lineup make them #3.
Franklin Heights - Has pretty safe bets at 113 Bloss, 120 Kakos, Heckman 126, and Justus 132.
Dublin Jerome - has comfort 126, austin 145, and mowrey 220 as dqs, maybe transue at 106.
West - dont follow alot of city league but west should have Johnson 113 and Stockton 182 be able to get out. Farrias @ 145 is solid but will have to upset horner or austin to make it out.
