Nace at 106 will get out . Funk wrestled at 152 at Bradley last Saturday, so I doubt he is at 170, and Bowen then should get out at 170.

Hammond (CW) has been at 132 all season....will definitely not be at 120......although a drop to 126 is not out of the question.

Here's the thing, O. Lib has three finalists in my eyes. With Timchenko out, it could be four. Does anyone remember a team in recent years that had 4 kids make the finals, and (perhaps) zero points from anyone else!? How many points did that team have on Saturday night? What place did they finish? What is the average 1st place team score over the last (let's go with) 7 years?

After posting the above, I thought I'd find out for myself and see if I was right BEFORE opening my mouth. It turns out, I could bs wrong... But then again, not out of the ballpark wrong.

Average team scores for the last 7 district tournaments...

Champions: 144.6
Runners-up: 117.9
Third Place: 102.4

The 2008 Westerville North team: 96.5. And that's IF Cubberly, Thrasher or another one of their upper weights doesn't score a point!!! Given that 182, 195 and 220 are all rather open from spot #6 through 16, my guess is they score a point... Or three.

I don't think they can overtake Marysville or maybe even Olentangy, but to not have them in the top 5 is just plain sthilly.

Nice rankings. Makes this fun. Thank you. 160 I agree Mickley is ranked way too low. Daniels will beat beat Miller. 170 Brown beat Fox well recently and got 2nd at top gun. Bowens is too low and only had one bad bout this year. Where is Sowry? He beat Fox as well and has wrestled very good this year. Adu? 220 Stienmetz and King have had some close bouts this season. Tough call here. 285 I think Thirkfield beat Young at top gun.

I've heard Mowery (Dublin Jerome) is going to finish the season at 220. In fact, I believe he has already started wrestling at 220.

Opps I missed the Donatelli one. Wow, he is ranked way too low as well. He will push Murdock. Now that I look at it again. Where is Kuzmaul from Davidson at 170? And, why not Harness from Jerome? He pinned Johnston from R'Burg at 160? McGrath seems a bit high at 182. Pfarr and Shackleford will cause him quite a bit of trouble. Lybarger will really struggle with both as well.

Agreed Fox might be on the outside looking in if he don't start getting his swagger back. From the lastest results 170 has to be something like:

1.Pickett
2a. Bowens
2b. Brown
4 Sowry
5 Fox

With that said Fox is very dangerous and if can find his edge again can very well get out!

at 113; Chang has beaten Mullucey in the past, it will be a tighter match this time through but i could see the same result.
120; Timchenko being out makes things interesting, id say the same thing as Dirty's top 2, but they can easily swap places, good thing theyll probably wrestle at some point.
at 138; I think Forrider beats Ryan, conditioning seemed to be an issue for him at brecksville, and it never seems to be marysville guys' problems at darby, I say Forrider by atleast 2.
at 145; This is such a deep weight, you cant forget a guy like Horner from mt Vernon, But first, i think Boyd (marysville) is as high as 3rd at this weight and horner could snag that 4th spot.
at 160; I can see why you would make an argument for the jerome 60 via the pin, but i believe jhonston was winning the match before choosing bottom (poor choice clearly), so i wouldnt call that a clear cut decision.
and at 220; i think reynoldsburg is in the mix there, had a 1 point match with Steinmetz and beat schmeltzer

Strope has beaten Fiorucci Before and he only lost by a couple to him in the medina semi finals, i think he see's fiorucci in the finals and finally breaks he streak of getting to the semis, losing and floating down to 6th

Strope will take first, mark it down! Lancaster will see atleast 4 and as many as 7 make it out.

Thanks for the early snapshot Dirty.

106 too close to call. Will need to wait until the brackets come out for that one.
113 Spearman Sparks Chang/Bloss/Valenti
120 Penzone Mullucey Straughter Kakos (very close 1-4 Mullucey goes here now that Timchenko is out)
126 Murdock Wilson/Donatelli/McCurdy
132 Fiorucci Nace/McDougal/Strope (Strope could turn it on. Nace-McDougal always close and entertaining)
138 Forrider Ryan Boswell/Foscoe/McDougal (wheres Bos been? On fire early on but MIA lately doubtful he can drop now)
145 Luft Boyd Driscoll Tate/Horner/Tululis(if heathy)
152 DeLande Zoller Hauber Sunkle
160 Daniels Miller Mickley McCourt/Bond/Walker
170 Pickett Bowens/Brown Fox
182 Lydecker Lybarger Pfarr McGrath/Shackleford
I dont know much about the big boys so i wont even try
