Hypothetically speaking....In a 7 man weight class, the the Runner-up could possibly score 22 points to the Champions 20 points.

LOL. Look at the format and do the math....you will see its possible.

What exactly is criteria for seeding?

yes i saw that. Seems pretty unfair for me on how exactly that works out. If i was i coach i wouldn't submit seeding criteria if i had a possible number one seed to hopefully get seeded in the two seed pool. That's just crazy

I was there!
I managed to sneak in disguised as a union railroad worker.( In other words, I stood against the wall, doing nothing and being self important)


as for the meeting- it was boring.
but I'll recap for the Hardcore thread followers-


Mike Mack opened the meeting by singing the national anthem.
Spencer Hershey wept and Brent Murray slept.
Ryan Vance then served tater tot casserole.
They all dined
Louie Stanley had seconds
Thad Unkefer passed out Tums
and they were all singing showtunes on the Dalton coaches karaoke machine when I got bored and left.

did anyone mention the fact that there is a reason why the other pool tourneys have at least ten teams and allow extras into those tournaments to even the pools? will they allow extras in to even pools of 5 or 7 wrestlers? although it is unlikely to happen why is one of the criteria allowing a coach vote to break a tie..... no possible way to screw over an individual or team there....

sorry I firmly oppose this tournaments format. there are coaches outside the league laughing and scratching their heads on this change.... I'm done.... say what you want about my opinions but everything I've said is right in the interest of fairness for all... this needed to be thought out more before being implemented... only tournament in the state...maybe nation where 2nd could out score 1st place... maybe they have all of this ironed out after last night but I highly doubt it....

go to a dual tournament this weekend and I'll be there in heartbeat....
