The NBA is a player's league. If a player wants to clear out and go one on one, they DO IT. LeBron did it EVERY possession in the playoffs with the Cavs. He did it earlier this postseason. To blame LeBron not getting shots and not attacking on the coach is just silly.

Don't see any 8's in there.
What are you talking about? I see a lot of 8's in there, with a 2 or 3 in front of it.

agreed witht he last part, Lebron is not Jordan, Jordan is not Lebron. Jordan is a different breed of competitor, I think he would literally kill to win if he had to lol

Good point, i'm not trying to blame it on the coaches but he will need to make the adjustments to those double teams if he wants to be more than a passer.

Yeah. I still think his 41-8-6 per game in '93 finals against the Suns is the most impressive.

Hell of a series. Its a 50/50 to me right now. Dallas knows they can come back. Just edit until they hit open ones. Wade continues to play at an MJ level. He does things a small two guard shouldn't. Finally, FUCK lebron. He doesn't belong on the court with wade. Just stop with the pregame speech because you do the complete opposite. You're SCARED, and it shows. Don't give me this near triple double shit. Watch the game, its all there. Your shrinking like a chode in a cold pool. If I'm Wade I ask him if he's done playing batman in front of the whole room.

After heating the presser, he doesn't get it. Its sad. I'm trying not to be a homer, but also not a panic master. However, I'm having a very challenging time thinking Miami can win this. I don't think Miami is good enough to win with poor play from lebron. But I don't know if lebron senses the moment to man up. He just doesn't seem to undeserved that hes stopping himself, not the Mavs. A timid wittle putty cat...

LeBron has played very small. I felt he dodged Doyle's question the other night by saying basketball is a 2 way game..

Yes, it is a 2 way game, and thus far, half of your game is pretty small.

Up through Game 4, I believe LeBron had as many if not more TO's in the 4th quarter as he had points.

In Game 2, the Heat lost because LeBron tried to focus on himself in the 4th quarter when Wade was clearly the best player on the floor at the time.

This is where I disagree, because as you know there is more to just scoring on the offensive end, although most people won't acknowledge that. His scoring hasn't been up to par but his decision making, passing and getting his teammates involved has been very good.

You can spin it anyway you want, but TO's occur in on the offensive end. There is NO excuse for him to show up so small in the 4th. None.

8 points in a finals game? Seriously? This is the best player in the league?

not trying to spin anything, just stating that there is more to offense than just scoring, but for them to win he needs to get at least 20 or 25 a game

Just stop with this whole "there is more than just scoring on the offensive end" garbage. Lebron didnt drop 15 dimes and get 7 offensive boards. He had 7 assists(which is his career average by the way) and 3 offensive rebounds. By Lebrons standards he played TERRIBLE yesterday and that is a FACT.

Wonder if Gloria banged D-Wade before the game? ;)

True. D-Wade, I'm sure, has higher standards.

All kidding aside, I still think the CHeat will find a way to win this series.

Unforunately, robj just sounds like us Cleveland fans about 3 or 4 years ago, when we first started to realize Lebron goes MIA (no pun intended) when it really matters. "But he does other things so well!" we would say. The only difference is, Wade can carry them to a title, Mo Williams and crew could not.

It is funny to hear the national media talk about LeBron going MIA like it is some big mystery. The guy has done this his entire career. Why would it magically change now?

It's series on.....

Will Dirk and Kidd and some other oldies finally get theirs? They damn well might and karma is certainly on their side. If Dallas goes on to win hopefully Dirk will get more credit than time spent on the Miami duo.

That being said.....NOW is clutch time.....games 1-4 are all very meaningful and LeBron is in danger of extreme criticism....but whoever is huge in the remaining games will be the star of the series. The Heat aren't here without LeBron taking over many times before the Dallas series.....and right now they aretied without him being his usual....even though Wade has been great. Wade was not doing much against the Bulls but LeBron played very well and they won the series easily.

If Wade continues to play like he has and LeBron is not doing well......Dirk will be the finals MVP..........If LeBron steps it up a touch and Wade continues strong....Wade will be teh finals MVP....BUT....if LeBron throws in a couple of 36/11/8 games including taking over a 4th qtr in crunch time like he has.....LeBron will still be the MVP of this series.

Will be fun to watch. It's amazing how the media and most are overlooking Dallas. It's 2-2 and you have to figure 80+ % of the country is pulling for Dallas....but all the talk is LeBron having some less than average games.

Series over. Mavs in 6. Dirk has solidified himself in the Bird class. LeBron = Barkley (MVP but failed ring-chaser)
